  • 3/4/08 - Hockey Advances in State Playoffs. Crusaders beat Pingry 3-0 in the second round of the Non-Public State Tournament.

  • 3/4/08 - Religion I Classes Study the Lodz Ghetto During the Holocaust. Students prepare multimedia presentations to help them better understand this terrible historical period.

  • 2/27/08 – US History Honors Class Re-enacts Constitutional Convention of 1787. Students put themselves in the founding fathers’ shoes for a couple of days of heated debate.

  • 2/26/08 - Kevin Bostick takes 4th in the High Jump and the 4x4 Team Takes 6th at the Eastern States Regional meet. Bostick breaks the school record with a jump of 6’6 and the 4x4 Team sets a school record with a time of 3:29.25.

  • 2/26/08 - Freshman Nick Veenstra Earns a Spot on the National Soccer Olympic Development Program. Only 18 out of 350 athletes were awarded this honor at a recent competition in Cocoa Beach, FL.

  • 12/14/07 – Operation Smile Club Announces Cookie Sale Success. Thanks to our cafeteria and the student body’s generosity, the club raised $670 to go to Operation Smile.

  • 12/13/07 BC USO Support Club Sends Phone Cards & Snacks to Iraq. 1Lt Ryan Corcoran, a BC grad who is serving in Iraq with the 101st, will distribute the cards to his troops so that they can use them to call home for the holidays.

  • 12/13/07 The BC USO Support Club is trying to identify  BC grads who are  in the Armed Forces and deployed in Iraq or Afghanistan. Once we have the names we will see what BC can do to provide support for them and their fellow soldiers, sailors, marines and airmen. If you know of anyone who has been deployed please forward a mailing address and email to Mr Drower.

  • 11/14/07  Career Day Challenges Students to Choose a Career They Love! Juniors and Seniors visit with 15 alumni speaking from various fields. Keynote speaker, Kieran Burke, inspires Crusaders with life lessons.

  • 10/4/07  Twenty-seven Participate in Teen Driving Summit.  Some of BC's newest drivers took part with students from a variety of schools with the opportunity to discuss strategies, designed to raise awareness for the need to exhibit and model safe driving practices.
