There is no formal application to Bergen Catholic. We request that you download and complete the Student Information Form so that we might learn more about you. However, this form is not required.

Students who have an IEP or 504 Plan MUST submit copies to Bergen Catholic by December 4th. Disclosure of this information does not disqualify a student for admission.  Please be advised, however, that at this time Bergen Catholic offers no special education programs and will accommodate IEPs and/or learning and emotional disabilities at the discretion of the Administration and the Guidance Department.
