SIRACUSA STRONG VERSUS DBP

May 9 – Lyndhurst, NJ – Marco Siracusa pitched five innings of seven-hit shut-out ball, striking out two, but emerged with a loss as BC couldn’t hold an early lead vs. Don Bosco. The Ironmen touched up the Crusader bullpen for four runs, two earned.
     Four Crusaders were able to hit single safely vs. the Bosco starter: Matt D’Amato, Juan DeLaCruz, Luis DeLaCruz and Tywone Malone. Pat Zuccola reached base twice with a good eye and picked up an RBI as the bases were loaded, forcing in Luis DeLaCruz in the second.
