December 21 – Coral Springs, FL – In BC’s third game of the 2021 Season, Senior Guard Will Richardson became the seventeenth player in school history to surpass the 1000 point mark. Will entered the season with 950 points and his 19 points vs. Miami Sr. HS (FL), 24 vs Windermere Prep (FL) and 16 vs South Gwinnette (GA) in the Championship Game put him over the top with 1,009 career points to date.
The last three players to reach the 1,000 point mark, Doug Edert, Zach Freemantle and Matt Zona, all shared the court with Will who is a four year starter for the Crusaders. Following graduation in June, he will be continuing his education and playing for the Rams at Fordham University.
