Another Strong Finish For the Scarlet and Gold

November 3 – Morris Plains, NJ – The BC Cross Country team finished the “regular” season at the New Jersey Catholic Track Conference Championships at Central Park of Morris on Saturday. The Crusaders took second place in the “A” division, behind national power CBA. BC was led once again by senior Braedon Fiume, who finished second, followed by seniors Elias Shaia (14th), Jack Welch (18th), and Graydon Nichols (22nd), and sophomore Owen McCarthy (23rd). The junior varsity finished 6th, led by a top-ten finish by senior Connor Haney (9th), followed by seniors Nick Rossi and Andrew Pinto-Shaw. The freshmen also came in 6th, led by Alex Shaia in third place, followed by Matthew Marques (12th) and Nick Pesanello.

Next up for the Crusaders is the State Group Championships at Holmdel County Park on Saturday, 11/1
