CRUSADERS ESTABLISH DOMINANCE IN TRACK WITH 103-36 VICTORY OVER DON BOSCO PREP

April 16 – Ramsey, NJ – The Crusaders won fourteen of sixteen events and took apart Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey by a score of 103-36. The Crusaders are 4-0 on the season, defeating all of their BNC United Division foes in the regular season.
     Senior Sprinter, Rahmir Johnson cruised to a victory in the 100M Dash with a 10.80 time. Adrian Taffe ran the 400M in 0:53.70 and Jack Welch followed in the 800 with a time of 1:59.40. Braedon Fiume took home the 1600M in 4:28.90 and Graydon Nichols won the 3200M with a time of 9:49.70.
     James Blair won the 110Hurdles in 15.40 and Ivan Jacob won the high jump with a flop of 5’6” and had a ten-foot vault for first place. Dean Williamson threw his shot 47’1” for first place and followed up with a 122’ discus throw for first place.
     BC’s 1600M Relay of Elijah Sommerville, Alex Shaia, Jack Welch and Owen McCarthy won handily with a time of 3:34.20 and Rahmir Johnson ran a terrific 22.10 in the 200M.
     Dean Williamson completed his hat trick, winning the Javelin with a throw of 151 feet and Jaden Ebanks won the Long Jump with a jump of twenty feet, six inches.
