Patrick Maron

For the last three years, Patrick has worked as the Administrative Director for the Villa Marie Claire Hospice in Saddle River, NJ. The Villa Marie Claire is a 20-bed inpatient hospice facility owned by Holy Name Hospital. At the Villa Marie Claire, patients with advanced illnesses are relieved of burdensome symptoms and given the opportunity to spend quality time with loved ones. Villa Marie Claire combines the ambiance of a home-like environment with the peace of mind of a specialized, around-the-clock care team. In his role as the Administrative Director, he has overseen the development, coordination, implementation, and management of all services offered by Villa Marie Claire. He identified business opportunities for providing geographic growth, new services, and enhancing existing services by coordinating business planning for these opportunities with the Holy Name leadership and Villa Marie Claire staff. Before Villa Marie Claire, he worked at Aetna as a Network Relations Consultant on insurance contracts for major medical groups in the New York metro network. Outside his professional background, he was a member of the Board of Directors for the Unbridled Heros Project. This not-for-profit organization focuses on rehabilitating veterans suffering from PTSD through Equine Therapy. In addition, he is a member of the Toastmasters International Organization, which specializes in working with professionals to hone their public speaking abilities.

Patrick graduated from Bergen Catholic in 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Health Policy and Management from Providence College in 2016.
