Important upcoming dates

  • January 13th, 2024: Enrollment for the Class of 2028 officially opens
  • February 7th, 2024: Accepted Parents Night & reception (parents only)
  • February 8th, 2024: Accepted students social (students only)
  • February 10th, 2024: Registration celebration for the Class of 2028
  • February 16th, 2024: Registration deadline
  • March 10th, 2024: Deadline to submit B6T form
  • April 10th, 2024: Course placement exams

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can begin to enroll your son in the Class of 2028 at 12:00 midnight on January 13, 2024. You will receive an email from TADS with instructions for completing the enrollment contract,
submitting the registration fee, and enrolling in tuition-billing.

You will be notified if you qualify for a scholarship or Financial Assistance in your emailed Acceptance letter.

You can submit your son’s medical records through our online portal known as Family ID. You will be able to find all of the information regarding Family ID on the Class of 2028 page on the Bergen Catholic website. You will also receive an email from us with directions on signing up for Family ID.

If you wish to challenge your son’s placement, Placement Tests will take place on Saturday, April13th from 8am-Noon. These tests will finalize the academic coursework (College Preparatory or Honors), and will be the last step before you receive your student’s official course schedule at the end of April.

The dress code for Underclassmen (9th-11th grade) are as follows:

  • Fall and Spring
    Bergen Catholic polo (white or red), dress pants or khaki pants, black or brown belt, black or brown shoes (leather Sperry’s are acceptable)
  • Winter
    Shirt and tie (any shirt and tie combination is acceptable). If you plan on wearing the Bergen Catholic sweater, it must be the BC pullover.

An announcement reminder will be made to the students, and communicated to parents via email.

While you will be added to all communication from Bergen Catholic, this does not include communication from teams regarding their schedules. You will be included on any communication
regarding their registration dates, however, you must register for those sports to receive any notifications.

The activities booklet is usually sent out to all students in mid-July. They will be able to participate in an activity fair the 2nd week of school which will give them an opportunity to visit with club
leaders and moderators of their desired activity in order to learn more about what they do and how to get involved.

Mrs. Barbara Peraino, our Department Chair for the Arts, will send out a welcome letter as well as a call to action in mid-July/early August for all students interested in the arts. If you have any
