Stephen J. Brogan is the Managing Partner of Jones Day, an international law firm with more than 2,500 lawyers in 43 offices throughout the world. Steve Brogan has been Managing Partner of Jones Day since 2002. Before that, he was the Partner-in-Charge of the Firm’s Washington office from 1989-2002. Mr. Brogan is a graduate of Boston College and Notre Dame Law School where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review. Steve was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice from 1981 to 1983. He has represented hundreds of the Firm’s clients on matters involving corporate governance, contested takeovers, grand jury, SEC and congressional investigations, product liability and overseas bribery. Steve serves as the Chair of the Committee of the Academic and Faculty Affairs Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Notre Dame. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Clinic.
