Mr. Charles James Casserly graduated from B.C. in 1967 With the desire to become a football coach and classroom teacher, he attended Springfield College, where he played football and earned a B.S. in Education and an M.A. in Guidance. After seven years of teaching and coaching football in Massachusetts, Charley joined the Washington Redskins as an intern in the scouting department. Within twelve years, he was appointed full scout, assistant general manager, and general manager. Charley’s tireless work ethic won him the respect and confidence of the owner of the Redskins.
