Edward DiTolla graduated from Bergen Catholic in 1963. While at Bergen, Ed was already bowling professionally. Ed bowled two sanctioned 298 games and six sanctioned 300 games. He was “King of the Hill” eight consecutive weeks on Channel 9 (WOR-TV). In 1965-66 Ed was a member of the White Owl Cigars Team that bowled the highest game and highest series in the nation. He is in the Halls of Fame of both the New Jersey Bowling Association and the Bergen County Bowling Association. Ed was a member of the American Bowling Congress and the Professional Bowlers Association, appearing five times on National Television (ABC TV). He won the Golden Pins Championship in 1975. Ed has been married to Dee for twenty-seven years and they have two sons—Mike ’89 and Chris ’90.
