Mrs. Angela Hickey came to Bergen Catholic in 1981. She is a graduate of Dublin University, Ireland. After graduation, Angela had a career in finance at J.F. Dooley Company in County Offaly. Ireland. She married William Hickey in 1962 and raised two children, Kerry Ann and John. Angela balanced homemaking and parenting with part-time employment at Bergen Catholic. After her husband’s untimely death in 1986. full time employment at Bergen helped fill the void and gave a sense of purpose to Angela’s life. In 1991, Angela assumed the position of Athletic Director and this opened the door to wonderful experiences and magnificent friends who filled her days. Her great joy has been seeing the formation of character in the young men who have passed through Bergen Catholic.
