Mrs. Terry McGovern became associated with Bergen Catholic in 1970. Terry is a 1952 graduate of Ladycliff College. Before embarking on her career as “Mom” she was a sixth grade school teacher. Terry and her husband, Howard, raised nine children. They sent all seven sons to Bergen Catholic, and their two daughters attended The Academy of The Holy Angels. Terry has worked with Bergen’s Mother’s Club since 1970, serving as President in 1976. After working on a volunteer basis for eleven years in the School’s front office, she became a Bergen employee in 1983. Terry presently serves as Bergen’s Business Manager. As much as Bergen Catholic is a part of the McGoverns, the McGoverns are a part of Bergen Catholic.
