Mr. James Moye graduated from Bergen Catholic in 1974. Jim, one of four Moye brothers who played basketball at Bergen Catholic, was the first 1,000-point scorer in BC history and three-year starter on the Varsity basketball team. In his junior year, Jim, an All-County player, scored 34 points in a win over Don Bosco that gave Coach Donfield his 100th victory. As a senior, Jim was named All County and at graduation received the Athlete Award. Jim received a scholarship to Catholic University where he played three years of Varsity basketball while earning a BA in Accounting. Jim presently works for Morgan Stanley & Co., and Ives In Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife and three children.
