Reverend Adrian C. Piotrowski, O.S.C., came to BC in 1972 as Chaplain and teacher for the school and Chaplain to the Brothers. Adrian professed his first vows as a member of the Crosier Order in 1958 and was ordained a Priest in 1964 in Indiana. At Bergen Adrian taught American History II, African studies, Asian studies, and senior and freshman religion. In 1980 Adrian began and developed the campus ministry program which includes the retreat program, class prayer services, penance services and class masses. During the last twenty Rev. Adrian C. Piotrowski, O.S.C. years, very few athletic events in which BC participated took place without INDUCTED 1992 the presence of the “Padre.”
