Mr. Vince Tabano dedicated 28 years of service to Bergen Catholic. Vince was the director of Showtime, the initiator of in-school proms and cook for many of the sports dinners that were held in school. Vince also spent 29 years with the NYPD. Patrick Murphy, the Commissioner of Police, said upon Vince’s retirement: “As president of the Honor Legion, he has given unselfishly of himself in the service of the fraternity of the brave.” We at Bergen echo these thoughts regarding his devotion to BC.
