Mr. Christian Unger is a graduate of the Bergen Catholic Class of 1986. While at Bergen, ,Christ was a member of the Language Honor and National Honor Society. As a senior, he was named All-State, All-County and All-League as a soccer player. He attended Princeton University where he was voted Ivy League Rookie of the Year as a freshman and All-Ivy and All-American as a senior. Chris represented his country in the Under 21 World Cup Tournament held in Brazil and was directly responsible for bringing the World Cup Soccer Tournament to Giants Stadium in 1994. Christ obtained his Master’s Degree from Columbia University. After having played one year of professional soccer, Chris is now employed by that same team, the NY/NJ Metro Stars.
