Crusaders Against Cancer Raise Over $500 for Headstrong Foundation
ORADELL, NJ, December 20, 2023– Bergen Catholic students showed their support for recent alum Yoel Zachariah ‘23 who is recovering after his final successful cancer treatment. A school-wide fundraiser saw BC students, faculty & staff buy wristbands to show their support for Yoel, while also raising funds to help purchase Christmas and recovery gifts for the young Crusader alum.
The Crusaders Against Cancer club also raised over $500 for the Headstrong Foundation, a non-profit which offers financial, residential, and emotional support to families affected by cancer.
The BC Brotherhood is real, and this is just another example of the love and loyalty in our special community.
